ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Graduation in Law (LLB) (3 years duration) or its equivalent Minimum 9 years of post qualification experience in dealing with issues pertaining to Contract Management, Arbitration & conciliation, Mines and Minerals, land acquisition, environment laws, civil & labour matters in the legal department of Govt./ PSU/Industrial Organization / Law Firm. Knowledge of working in automated environment and proficiency in office automation tools is essential.

UPPER AGE LIMIT: 42 years

1. Litigation Management, Regulatory Compliances.
2. Preparation of draft replies, Representation in court cases, assist in implementing legal risk & compliance policy of company.
3. Prepare and vet legal agreement, Contract deeds, MoUs and Documents, Pleading papers, Dealing with advocates/ lawyers, Industrial Relations.
4. Compliance of statutory requirement, Contract Labour Management etc..

MODE OF SELECTION:

The mode of selection for eligible applicants for various posts in Executive Cadre would be through Interview/Psychometric test/group Exercise or combinations thereof.
